Ideal candidates have a proven referral network, a track record of closing 3–5 units per month, and the drive to grow a team or operate independently with corporate support in compliance and operations.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a targets-driven approach.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an independent LO under the Caliver Beach Mortgage umbrella.
• Develop and manage referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, financial planners, etc.
• Close 3–5 units per month.
• Coordinate with Corporate for administrative, operational and compliance support.
