Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC offers a remote, entrepreneur-friendly opportunity for licensed Loan Officers to build and run their own business under our umbrella. You’ll enjoy uncapped commissions, access to corporate support, and the flexibility to add team members or operate solo.

Successful candidates will leverage referral networks, maintain client databases, and close 3–5 units per month while navigating lending regulations and maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license is required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the Caliver Beach Mortgage umbrella.
• Grow your team by adding LO's or operate as an individual LO.
• Develop and maintain a robust network of referral partners.
• Close loans across borrower types and manage client relationships.
