Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC invites entrepreneurial loan officers to join a model that lets you run your own business remotely on a P&L basis under our umbrella. Uncapped commissions and access to loan products for all borrower types help you grow your practice.

Licensed in 28 states, you can add additional LO's to your team or operate solo, with administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate to help you scale and succeed.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis.
• Build and manage referral partnerships with Realtors, CPAs, financial planners, etc.
• Add additional LOs to your team or operate as an individual LO.
• Receive administrative, operational, and compliance support from Corporate.
