Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking entrepreneurial Loan Officers to run their own business remotely on a P&L basis with the backing of a licensed lender and corporate infrastructure. Maintain relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners, and leverage our compliance and administrative support to scale your practice nationwide.

Qualifications

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing at least 3–5 units per month.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales-focused with target attainment and resilience.
