Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.

• Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Add additional LO's to your team OR act as an individual LO.
• Build and maintain a database of past clients and referral partners.
• Ensure compliance and accurate documentation in all dealings.
