Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking ambitious Loan Officers to build and grow their own book of business with remote operations. You’ll leverage referrals, manage a loan pipeline, and earn uncapped commissions while receiving corporate support for compliance and operations.

Applicants must hold an active NMLS/MLO license, understand lending regulations, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, analytical thought, and a sales-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral partnerships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Add additional loan officers to your team or operate as an individual LO.
• Manage loan pipeline and close loans for diverse borrower types.
