Job summary

Foshee Residential is seeking a Regional Leasing & Sales Specialist to drive occupancy and deliver exceptional customer experiences across our multifamily portfolio. This remote role requires travel within the Mobile region and regular interaction with onsite teams to support leasing efforts.

You'll manage the leasing process from inquiry to move-in, respond to leads, coordinate tours, and promote community products and services while ensuring compliance and high service standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily leasing and sales experience
• CRM experience
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in
• Respond to phone, email, and online leads in a timely, professional manner
• Schedule and coordinate onsite apartment tours
• Convert leads into leases while maximizing occupancy
• Promote additional products and services that enhance the resident experience
• Prepare lease documents, renewals, and move-in paperwork
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the leasing process
• Build relationships with prospects and community members
• Follow up consistently to improve conversion rates
• Monitor local market trends and competitor activity
• Share leasing and marketing recommendations with Regional Property Managers
• Support occupancy and revenue goals across multiple communities
• Travel to communities as needed
• Partner with onsite teams to improve leasing performance
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and company policies
