SOLV Energy is seeking a proactive Labor Relations Manager to support labor relations across multiple construction projects in the Western region. You will partner with project teams and unions to ensure projects are set up for success from a labor and workforce perspective.

The ideal candidate excels in building strong union relationships, administering CBAs/PLAs, and resolving employee relations matters. This role is fully remote with location details discussed in interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Construction Management, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy industrial construction/projects involving trade unions.
• Proven experience administering CBAs and working in union environments.
• Strong background in private sector labor relations.
• High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Effective problem-solving and time management skills.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Administer and interpret CBAs and PLAs (Project Labor Agreements).
• Support negotiations of CBAs, PLAs, MOUs, and other labor agreements.
• Interpret labor contracts and laws to guide project teams for compliance.
• Assist with internal investigations, grievances, and dispute resolution with Legal Counsel
• Build and maintain positive relationships with local and regional union leadership and job stewards.
• Coordinate project startup activities including workforce planning and pre-job conferences.
• Maintain labor relations records and databases.
