SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a proactive Labor Relations Manager to support labor relations across multiple construction projects and business groups in the Western region.

This fully remote role requires strong communication and relationship-building with unions, resolving employee relations matters, and guiding project teams on labor compliance. The ideal candidate will administer CBAs/PLAs, coordinate workforce planning, and manage labor relations trainings while maintaining detailed records

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Construction Management, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy industrial construction/projects involving trade unions.
• Proven experience administering CBAs and working in union environments.
• Strong background in private sector labor relations.
• High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Effective problem-solving and time management skills.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and training abilities.

Aufgaben

• Administer and interpret CBAs and PLAs.
• Support negotiations of CBAs, PLAs, MOUs, and other labor agreements.
• Interpret labor contracts and state or national law and provide guidance to project teams.
• Assist with internal investigations, grievances, and dispute resolution with Legal Counsel.
• Build relationships with local and regional union leadership and job stewards.
• Coordinate project startup activities including workforce planning, pre-job conferences, and training.
• Maintain labor relations records and databases.
