Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is actively seeking a proactive Labor Relations Manager to support labor relations across multiple construction projects and business groups in a fully remote role within the United States.

You will partner with project teams, trade unions, and field leadership to ensure projects are set up for success from a labor relations and workforce perspective. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience administering CBAs/PLAs and resolving employee relations matters,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Construction Management, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy industrial construction/projects involving trade unions.
• Proven experience administering CBAs and working in union environments.
• Strong background in private sector labor relations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret CBAs and PLAs.
• Support negotiations of CBAs, PLAs, MOUs, and other labor agreements.
• Interpret labor contracts and state or national law and advise project teams on compliance.
• Assist with internal investigations, grievances, and dispute resolution with Legal Counsel.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and regional union leadership and job stewards.
• Coordinate project startup activities including workforce planning, pre-job conferences, and trainings.
• Maintain labor relations records and databases.
