Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a proactive Labor Relations Manager to support labor relations across multiple construction projects in the Western region. The role partners with project teams, unions, and field leadership to ensure projects are set up for success from a labor relations perspective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Construction Management, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy industrial construction/projects involving trade unions.
• Proven experience administering CBAs and working in union environments.
• Strong background in private sector labor relations and ethics/confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret CBAs and PLAs for projects across the Western region.
• Support negotiations of CBAs, PLAs, MOUs, and other labor agreements.
• Interpret labor contracts and applicable laws; advise project teams accordingly.
• Assist with internal investigations, grievances, and dispute resolution with Legal Counsel.
• Build/maintain relationships with local and regional union leadership and stewards.
• Coordinate startup activities including workforce planning and pre-job conferences.
• Maintain labor relations records and databases per company standards.
