Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a proactive Labor Relations Manager to oversee labor relations across multiple construction projects in the Western region. This fully remote role emphasizes strong unions collaboration, CBA administration, and effective employee relations.

The ideal candidate communicates well, negotiates, and guides project teams on labor compliance, investigations, and dispute resolution. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience administering CBAs and working in union environments.
• Private sector labor relations expertise and strong ethics.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and confidentiality.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects across regions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret CBAs and PLAs.
• Support negotiations of CBAs, PLAs, MOUs and other agreements.
• Interpret labor contracts and ensure legal compliance.
• Assist with investigations, grievances, and dispute resolution.
• Build relationships with local and regional union leadership and stewards.
• Coordinate startup activities including workforce planning and trainings.
• Maintain labor relations records and databases.
