Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience supporting frontline hourly employees in distribution/logistics.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
• Workday experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR for the distribution center as strategic business partner.
• Drive HR programs, policies, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Champion culture, employee engagement, accountability, and customer excellence.
• Implement talent management, performance, succession planning, and development.
• Oversee compensation, recognition, and reward programs.
• Support diversity, equity, inclusion, and compliance with laws.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on talent acquisition, payroll, leave, and disability.
