Job summary

CAI is hiring a Regional Grant Coordinator to support Indiana’s Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) MRIHA regional grants. This full-time, long-term contract role offers remote work with hybrid options in Indianapolis, IN, and requires managing grant contracts, compliance, and reporting for regional partners.

You will coordinate with state agencies and technical assistance providers, oversee CMS reporting, engage stakeholders, and help ensure on-time milestones and high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, public policy, business administration, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in grant management, contract oversight, program administration, or related work.
• 3 years of experience working with healthcare organizations, rural communities, or public health systems.
• 2 years of experience with compliance, budgeting, and reporting requirements for state or federal grants.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary regional contract manager for organizations receiving RHTP funding.
• Monitor compliance with state and federal requirements, including expenditures, budget adherence, and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with IDOH and regional coalitions to meet milestones and timelines.
• Collaborate with Technical Assistance Providers to align regional support.
• Oversee CMS reporting requirements and ensure timely submission of regional reports.
