Job summary

CAI is hiring a Regional Grant Coordinator to support Indiana’s Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) MRIHA regional grants. This full-time, long-term contract role is hybrid in Indianapolis, IN, and requires managing regional contracts, CMS reporting, and stakeholder engagement across rural health partners.

The position emphasizes compliance, documentation, and collaboration with statewide TA providers, with travel within the region and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in public health, health administration, public policy, business administration, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in grant management, contract oversight, program administration, or related work.
• 3 years of experience with healthcare organizations, rural communities, or public health systems.
• 2 years of experience with compliance, budgeting, and reporting requirements for state or federal grants.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary regional contract manager for organizations receiving RHTP funding.
• Monitor compliance with state and federal requirements, including expenditures and budgeting.
• Coordinate CMS reporting, data collection, and outcome measurement.
• Engage with hospitals, clinics, EMS providers, and other partners in the region.
• Support statewide TA providers and participate in regional meetings and trainings.
