Job summary

Enthuse Marketing Group, LLC is seeking a Regional Field Manager to oversee field teams and client relationships across markets in the Chicago area. You will coach reps, coordinate with distributor partners, and drive program performance while ensuring compliance and budget discipline.

Qualifications

• College degree in a relevant field is required or strongly encouraged.
• 3-5 years of experience in a business environment, preferably bev-alc.
• Experience in leading, coaching and developing a team is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong budget management skills.
• Knowledge of alcohol regulations, rules, market trends and competition preferred.
• Ability to work remotely, travel ~1 week per month with short notice.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a day-to-day contact for field clients, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of client business and trends.
• Manages weekly, monthly, and quarterly recapping and communicates results to key stakeholders.
• Manages field execution to achieve business objectives and KPI goals.
• Delivers guidance and support to team members and coaches their markets.
• Collaborates with field management to ensure regional consistency and teamwork.
• Manages expenses and budgets for team members with reviews.
• Maintains travel to visit field clients across the territory.
• Works with other departments to hire and grow talent pool.
• Drives brand-building initiatives and distribution of approved marketing materials.
