Job summary

Enthuse Marketing, an education-led marketing agency, seeks a Regional Field Manager to lead a field sales team across the beer and malt beverage segments in the assigned region. You will coach reps, partner with distributors, and drive client goals with strategic field initiatives.

You'll manage budgets, travel regularly to client sites, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand-building success.

Qualifications

• College degree in Communications, Marketing or Business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of alcohol regulations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel (~1 week per month) and work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field team performance and client satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, and coach sales representatives in the region.
• Engage distributor partners, retailers, and consumers for client brands.
• Manage budgets and expenses for the team.
• Travel regularly to visit field clients across the territory.
