Job summary

Enthuse Marketing Group, LLC is seeking a Regional Field Manager to lead a team of sales representatives and manage client relationships across multiple markets. You will coach staff, recruit talent, and collaborate with distributor partners to drive core client brands in the beer and malt beverage sectors.

You’ll oversee budgeting, field execution, and performance reporting while working remotely with regular travel.

Qualifications

• College degree (4-year) in Communications, Marketing or Business encouraged.
• 3-5 years of experience in a business environment, bev-alc preferred.
• Experience in leading, coaching and developing a team is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong budget management skills.
• Knowledge of alcohol regulations, market trends and competition preferred.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work remotely, flexible hours, and travel ~1 week per month.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a day-to-day contact for field clients with deep knowledge of client business and market trends.
• Manages weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance recaps with stakeholders.
• Oversees field execution to meet objectives and KPI goals.
• Provides guidance and coaching to team members in respective markets.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to hire and grow talent pool.
• Drives brand-building initiatives and management of approved marketing materials.
