Qualifications

• College degree in Communications, Marketing or Business preferred.
• 3-5 years of business experience.
• Experience in leading and coaching a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of alcohol regulations and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Acts as day-to-day contact for field clients with deep knowledge of clients’ business, industry trends and competition.
• Manages weekly, monthly, and quarterly results and reports to key stakeholders.
• Oversees field execution to meet business objectives and KPI goals.
• Delivers guidance to assigned team members and manages market activity.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to hire and grow talent.
• Manages expenses and budgets with regular reviews.
• Maintains travel to visit field clients across the territory.
• Drives brand initiatives and distribution of marketing materials.
