Job summary

You will ensure compliance with federal regulations, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with site EHS staff and management while overseeing audits and incident responses.

The role requires a Bachelor's in EHS, 8+ years of experience, and 2+ years in leadership. Expect up to 75% travel, a dynamic team environment, and opportunities to influence safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental, health and safety or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant EHS experience.
• 2+ years in team management or project leadership.
• Ability to make strategic decisions in stressful situations including emergency response.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage environmental, health, and safety programs at facilities.
• Support ISO, PSM, EMS, and SIPS management systems and audits.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely permit submissions.
• Lead incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Drive risk assessments and corporate audits; assist with audit findings closure.
• Coordinate training and leadership development for EHS staff.
