Job summary

Airspace is seeking a Commander Coordinator to manage driver engagement in a regional network, maintaining strong direct relationships with Tier 1–3 drivers and surfacing issues early. You will work closely with the Regional Network Manager and deploy high-touch engagement for top performers while ensuring scalable onboarding for the general population.

The role requires 1–3+ years in logistics or contractor networks, excellent CRM skills (Salesforce), and the ability to travel locally as needed

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in driver or contractor engagement or similar role in logistics or gig networks.
• Ability to manage a caseload for drivers across tiers with tailored engagement.
• Strong documentation habit and CRM ownership.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch support to Tier 1 drivers and serve as primary contact.
• Onboard and guide Tier 2 drivers and monitor performance.
• Identify Tier 3 drivers and coordinate deactivation with management.
• Maintain the driver case queue in Salesforce and report region status.
