Job summary

Airspace is seeking a Commander Coordinator to manage driver engagement across a region, maintaining relationships with Tier 1–3 drivers and guiding onboarding, escalation, and deactivation processes. You will work closely with the Regional Network Manager and Driver Recruiter to ensure a high-performing network with accurate Salesforce case management.

The role requires 1–3+ years in driver engagement or related operations, strong communication, and willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in driver or contractor engagement, dispatch, account management, or similar customer-facing role.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or gig/contractor networks preferred.
• Strong documentation habits and CRM ownership.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch support to Tier 1 drivers and serve as primary contact for your region.
• Support onboarding, ramp guidance, and engagement for Tier 2 drivers.
• Identify Tier 3 drivers for deactivation with proper authorization and workflow in Salesforce.
