WHC FL, LLC seeks a Driver Relationship Manager to champion driver engagement, onboarding, and retention. You will partner with operations to create a positive driver experience and long-term career growth.

You will build trust, coordinate onboarding, monitor satisfaction, and collaborate with dispatch, training, and leadership to improve programs and workforce stability. This role requires excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations or related field.
• Experience with CDL or non-CDL drivers is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and trusted resource for drivers.
• Build strong relationships with new and experienced drivers.
• Conduct regular check-ins to assess driver satisfaction and address concerns.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and driver introductions.
• Track engagement, onboarding progress, and retention trends.
• Collaborate with dispatch, operations, recruiting, and leadership.
