zTrip seeks a Driver Relationship Manager to advocate for drivers, manage onboarding, and drive engagement and retention across the driver lifecycle. You will partner with operations to foster trust, provide ongoing guidance, and promote a positive driver experience.

The role emphasizes communication, problem solving, and collaborative leadership to strengthen driver satisfaction and support company objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations, transportation, driver management, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and communicate clearly with drivers.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact and trusted resource for drivers.
• Build strong relationships with new and experienced drivers.
• Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and provide support.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and introductions for new drivers.
• Promote a positive, inclusive driver-focused culture and collaboration.
• Track engagement, onboarding progress, retention trends, and insights.
