Job summary

Airspace is seeking an Operations Coordinator to serve as the administrative backbone for the Dedicated Driver (DD) Operational Support Team. You will own scheduling logistics, candidate records, onboarding documentation, and training coordination while supporting Regional Managers and Talent Acquisition Specialists.

The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion with sensitive data, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or operations support role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage schedules and data.
• Comfortable working with Salesforce (SFDC), ATS, or LMS, or eager to learn.
• Excellent written communication and ability to summarize data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate pipeline logistics with Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• Support interview process, including screening calls or panel sittings as needed.
• Confirm new drivers' onboarding requirements and start-date readiness.
• Track driver performance metrics and dedicated-driver department reports.
• Monitor shared email queues and route inquiries to the right team member.
