Job summary

Mutual of America Financial Group is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead retirement plan sales remotely within the greater Dallas area (or Oklahoma). The role focuses on new group takeover sales, cross-selling, and meeting sponsors of 401k/403b plans.

You will develop a large territory, drive outbound sales, and work with a regional team to exceed revenue goals. Requires 5+ years of B2B sales, FINRA licenses, and strong relationship skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience with proven efficiency in selling, presenting, prospecting, and territory management.
• Knowledge of retirement products (401k and 403b plans).
• Ability to effectively communicate and work independently.
• Demonstrated cold calling sales ability.
• Active FINRA Series 6, 63, and SIE.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a large territory, uncovering new sources of business.
• Meet with Plan Sponsors of retirement plans through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Cross-sell solutions and exceed goals by closing deals.
• Attend client review meetings with CRM for top clients to secure referrals.
