MedCap Health is seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Services to lead multi-state clinical operations in a fully remote, full-time role. You will drive consultative services with executive-level responsibility and maintain oversight with 20% travel across service regions.

This leadership position focuses on strategy, compliance, and program development, with access to leadership forums and operational dashboards to shape enterprise-wide programs and outcomes.

Qualifications

• MSN and active multi-state NP license.
• 10+ years NP experience in PALTC/SNF/LTACH.
• 5+ years in leadership, education, or program development.
• Clinical background in cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology, or infectious disease.
• CMS regulations knowledge; value-based care exposure.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee consult service deployment across states and coordinate with executives on strategy.
• Monitor quality and productivity dashboards; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead audits and RCAs; guide onboarding and workforce development.
• Manage schedules and consult distribution; align clinical operations with long-term goals.
