Job summary

Early Medical is seeking a Clinical Operations Director to lead the day-to-day clinical practice and systems. You will oversee patient operations, PCC team, and compliance while building scalable processes and metric-driven improvements.

Remote role across the U.S. with a focus on Medicine 3.0 principles, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence in a fast-growing telehealth environment.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of healthcare operations leadership experience in relevant roles.
• Master's degree preferred (MHA, MPH, MBA, or similar).
• Experience leading operations within telehealth or remote healthcare.
• Experience building SOPs, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical and patient operations, ensuring high-quality experiences.
• Lead PCC team, coaching, performance reviews, and accountability.
• Own operational systems, dashboards, and cross‑department handoffs.
• Develop and maintain SOPs; lead compliance and licensing initiatives.
• Partner with Finance/Legal to manage budgeting and risk.
