Job summary

MedCap Health invites a Regional Clinical Director to lead national clinical strategy in post-acute care. This fully remote, full-time role guides multi-state consult services across specialties, partnering with physicians, NPs, PAs, and facility teams to shape care delivery and outcomes.

You will define protocols, oversee quality metrics, and mentor clinicians while ensuring CMS and regulatory compliance. The position offers executive exposure and the autonomy to drive impactful care at scale.

Qualifications

MSN required with active NP license in multi-state practice.
10+ years NP experience in PALTC, SNF, or LTACH settings.
5+ years in leadership, education, or program development.
CMS regulations knowledge and value-based care familiarity.
Proficiency with EHR systems, dashboards, and care coordination platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead consult programs in post-acute settings across multiple states.
Design, launch, and expand subspecialty consult services (cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology).
Collaborate with physicians, exec leaders, NPs, PAs, and facility teams.
Define clinical protocols and oversee quality metrics.
Mentor providers and manage multi-site operations.
Monitor dashboards and ensure CMS/state compliance; perform root-cause analyses as needed.
