Job summary

MedCap Health seeks a Regional Clinical Director to lead post-acute specialty consult programs across states. This fully remote, full-time role oversees design, launch, and expansion of subspecialty services, aligning clinical protocols with CMS and state requirements while mentoring advanced practice providers.

You will partner with physicians, executives, NPs, PAs, and facility teams to scale operations, monitor dashboards, and drive value-based care across geography.

Qualifications

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and active NP license in good standing.
Multi-state NP license preferred to support regional operations across states.
10+ years NP experience in PALTC, SNF, or LTACH settings.
5+ years in leadership, education, or program development.
Clinical background in cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology, or infectious disease.

Responsibilities

Lead design, launch, and expansion of consult services across multiple subspecialties.
Oversee clinical protocols, quality metrics, and provider mentoring.
Manage multi-site operations and CMS/state regulatory alignment.
Collaborate with executives, physicians, NPs, PAs, and facility teams to scale programs.
