Job summary

Center For Discovery seeks a Regional Director to provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for programs across the region, reporting to the Vice President of Program Operations. This role drives program growth, financial performance, clinical excellence, and operational effectiveness across residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient services.

The Regional Director oversees day-to-day operations, including P&L management, clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and staff

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate is required.
• Clinical licensure preferred (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LPCC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist).
• Minimum of three years of management experience in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of assigned programs and analyzes KPIs to ensure quality and access to care.
• Leads in a solution-focused manner with continuous improvement for facilities and the organization.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies, accrediting bodies, and third-party payers.
• Collaborates with VP of Operations to identify improvements and action plans.
• Manages monthly/quarterly/annual financial performance to align with budget.
