Job summary

MedCap Health seeks a Director of Subspecialty services to lead design, launch, and expansion of consult services across multiple states. The role involves daily collaboration with specialists, executives, NPs, PAs, and facility teams to establish clinical protocols and oversee quality metrics.

You will mentor providers, manage multi-site operations, monitor dashboards, and lead RCAs when needed while aligning strategy with MedCap's mission across states and specialties.

Qualifications

• MSN required with active NP license.
• 10+ years of PA experience in PALTC, SNF, or LTACH.
• 2+ years of leadership, education, or program development.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and documentation standards.
• Proficiency with EHR systems, dashboards, and care coordination platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and expand consult services across multiple states.
• Collaborate daily with physician specialists, executives, NPs, PAs, and facility teams.
• Define clinical protocols and oversee quality metrics.
