Job summary

Hamilton Medical is seeking a Regional Director for the Central Region to lead a dynamic sales and clinical team in achieving regional revenue goals. This remote role requires significant travel (up to 50–75%) and oversight of account managers to align with the company’s strategic vision.

You will manage forecasting, cultivate key customer relationships, expand the customer base, and ensure regional objectives support national strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Extensive ventilation and respiratory sales experience.
• Relevant medical device and medical device sales management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales team and clinical team to meet regional revenue budgets.
• Maintain forecast accuracy and develop key customer relationships across the region.
