Job summary

Hamilton Medical is seeking a Regional Director for the Southeast region. The role leads Account Managers and a regional clinical team, drives the region's revenue targets, forecasts accurately, and maintains strong relationships with key customers.

The position is remote with substantial travel (50%–75%), reporting to the National Director of Acute Care. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and extensive ventilation and respiratory sales experience, plus medical device sales management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Extensive ventilation and respiratory sales experience.
• Experience in medical device sales management.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, and coaching account managers in the Southeast region.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align with national objectives and ensure policies are followed.
• Manage forecasting, analyze trends, and take corrective actions to meet regional budget targets.
• Develop and implement a regional sales plan and quota aligned with company strategy.
• Expand the customer base by building relationships with key customers and identifying new opportunities.
• Gather feedback from key opinion leaders to inform broader company strategy.
