Job summary

Advance Local Media is seeking an Account Executive – Regional, Pennsylvania (Eastern and South Central). This remote-based role targets growth with blue-chip clients across Finance, Home Services, Utilities, Legal and Hi-Tech. Base pay $50,000–$60,000 with commissions and total compensation up to $104,500.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years of digital advertising sales.
• Proven success increasing sales in a competitive marketplace with consultative and solution-oriented selling.
• Prior experience selling digital media advertising preferred; motivation and quick learning required.
• Thorough knowledge of needs-based selling.
• Experience using CRM sales management platforms, preferably Salesforce.com.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.
• Commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
• Solid organizational skills with multi-tasking and deadline discipline.
