Job summary

Advance Local is hiring an Account Executive for the Pennsylvania region (Eastern and South Central). This remote-based role supports Harrisburg and surrounding areas with travel to meet clients.

You will drive revenue growth across Finance, Home Services, Utilities, Legal, and Hi-Tech sectors, focusing on blue-chip clients with substantial marketing budgets. Base salary $50,000–$60,000 with commissions potentially bringing total target compensation to $94,500–$104,500.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum two years of digital advertising sales experience.
• Proven success at increasing sales in a competitive market with consultative selling.
• Experience with digital media advertising is highly preferred; quick learning and motivation required.
• Strong needs-based selling and CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).
