Job summary

Advance Local Media in Cincinnati is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue growth with data-driven digital advertising solutions. This remote-based position targets regional blue-chip clients across Finance, Home Services, Utilities, Legal and Hi-Tech, with a base salary plus commission structure.

You will manage the full sales lifecycle, meet with clients, and deliver needs-based solutions while collaborating with Strategy, Marketing and Operations. Expect travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years of digital advertising sales.
• Proven success at increasing sales in a competitive marketplace; consultative selling.
• Prior experience selling digital media advertising is highly preferred.
• Experience with needs-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Meet with existing and prospective clients regularly.
• Apply needs-based selling to achieve mutual benefits.
• Focus on profitable revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
• Identify new revenue opportunities.
• Develop and deliver client presentations with data analysis.
• Manage pipeline using Salesforce.com to ensure growth.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Oversee post-sale campaign execution, including creative coordination and communications.
• Travel to clients, conferences and team meetings as needed.
