Job summary

Autocar is seeking a Regional Business Manager (Construction Sales) to own and grow the construction market across the United States. This quota-driven role is remote and targets top fleet customers, dealers, and contractors with a focus on profitability and market share.

You will prospect, build relationships, and execute sales strategies, working with engineering and product teams to tailor offerings to vocational truck applications.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in selling premium, high-value Construction products and/or services.
• Direct experience with a successful track record in B2B Heavy Truck OEM/Dealer Territory Sales preferred.
• Self-starter with hunter DNA and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to understand customer's business model and build trust through hard work.
• We do not sell trucks; we partner with customers to provide the right tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key accounts in Construction, focusing on large fleets.
• Drive regional sales strategies and meet/exceed targets through direct and partner engagement.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments via data assessment.
• Support the sales team with compelling pitches for prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with customer needs.
