Job summary

Autocar, LLC is seeking a Regional Business Manager (Refuse Sales) to drive growth across remote territories in the United States. You will prospect, develop relationships, and close new business by conveying the Autocar value proposition to top fleets and contractors.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of outside sales experience in heavy-truck/refuse sectors, deep industry knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to travel extensively. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years outside sales experience in Heavy Truck/Refuse sectors.
• Deep industry knowledge of vocational trucks and OEM/Dealer networks.
• Willing to travel extensively across states.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage key accounts in the refuse sector, focusing on large fleets with complex needs.
• Drive regional sales strategies and meet/exceed targets through direct and team-based efforts.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and influence offerings.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments using data-driven insights.
• Provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships with customers.
