Job summary

Autocar, LLC is seeking a Regional Business Manager for Refuse Sales. This remote role spans multiple state territories, requiring you to develop strong fleet relationships and drive profitable growth.

You will prospect, close new business, and support the sales team with data-driven strategies. Preference given to candidates with OEM/dealer heavy-truck sales experience and a self-starting, ethical mindset.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of outside sales experience in Heavy Truck/Refuse or similar industries.
• Deep truck knowledge and ability to consult with customers.
• Willingness to travel extensively and manage territory.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key refuse sector accounts, focusing on large fleets.
• Serve as primary contact for regional fleet customers, ensuring excellent service.
• Drive regional sales strategies and meet/exceed targets through direct engagement.
• Identify new business opportunities using data-driven insights and market assessment.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback.
