Job summary

CoreSite is seeking a Construction Procurement Manager to lead OFCI equipment procurement for active data center construction projects. You will manage submittals, vendor negotiations, budget control, and cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Operations and Legal to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and travel up to 25%. Competitive compensation, bonus and benefits are offered in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Preferred experience in data center, heavy industrial, or MEP-intensive construction.

Responsibilities

• Procure and manage equipment submittals from inception to completion.
• Manage vendor relations and negotiate terms to optimize landed cost.
• Coordinate on-site delivery dates and commissioning support services.
• Maintain complex project budgets and support invoicing and cash flow forecasting.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to address client requests and design changes.
• Write RFPs and negotiate deals with vendors to secure favorable terms.
