Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Client Solutions Director to lead a regional client solutions function, driving revenue growth and strengthening client engagement. This role partners with sales leadership, client-facing teams, and internal stakeholders to shape go-to-market plans and improve opportunity outcomes.

You will coach and develop a team, establish strong operating rhythms, and ensure effective communication across the leadership group. Remote-US based candidates only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Industry‑recognized certifications preferred.
• Up to 50% travel required.
• Proven people leadership skills.
• Experience building and retaining high‑performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Client Solutions Advisors.
• Assist sales leadership with regional sales and marketing plans.
• Conduct coaching, goal setting, and annual reviews.
• Develop new business motions and procedures.
• Promote communication across the Client Solutions leadership team.
• Participate in client meetings to ensure engagement success.
• Coordinate pre-sales resources for enhanced opportunity success.
