Job summary

CRG Search is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to accelerate profitable organic growth across multiple operating companies. You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and partner with Presidents, General Managers, Sales Leaders, and Operations teams to strengthen commercial performance, sales capability, forecasting discipline, and recurring service revenue.

This strategic leadership role emphasizes influence, coaching, and commercial excellence rather than direct local P&L ownership.

Qualifications

10+ years of sales leadership experience.
Experience leading regional or multi-location sales organizations.
Track record of growing service-based businesses.
Strong CRM, forecasting, strategic-account, and sales-management expertise.
Executive presence to influence leaders and drive change collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Drive growth in owner-direct, service, maintenance, and strategic-account revenue.
Improve pipeline management, forecasting, CRM adoption, and sales execution.
Coach senior leaders and sales teams on deal strategy and talent development.
Expand cross-selling across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, fire protection, security, and low-voltage services.
Build a consistent commercial operating rhythm while preserving local autonomy.
