Job summary

Greenlight America is seeking a Regional Campaign Manager to lead campaigns for local clean energy projects across an assigned region. You will develop campaign strategies, support partner organizations, mentor volunteers, and track deliverables to mobilize grassroots support for siting approvals.

The role is remote within the region and reports to the Regional Campaigns Director. It requires collaboration across environmental, labor, faith, and business groups, plus strong planning,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Successful track record in campaigns at the local level is a strong plus.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with partner organizations and volunteers.
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with digital campaigning tools and tactics.
• Willingness to think creatively and iterate in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for accelerating the clean energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Lead campaigns for clean energy projects and ordinances in the assigned region, mobilizing volunteers and winning siting approvals.
• Develop campaign plans with goals, strategies, and timelines in collaboration with partners.
• Track campaign milestones and seize opportunities.
• Provide support to partner organizations and volunteer leaders; host trainings and create advocacy materials.
• Build relationships with regional organizations across sectors with the partnerships team.
• Oversee grant agreements with partner organizations and ensure deliverables are met.
• Engage in regular reporting of campaign data and manage campaign budgets with consultants.
• May occasionally take on campaigns outside the assigned region.
