Job summary

Greenlight America seeks a Regional Campaign Manager to lead campaigns for clean-energy projects within a designated region. You will develop strategic plans, support partner organizations, recruit and coach volunteers, and monitor deliverables to mobilize grassroots support and secure local approvals.

The role is remote within the assigned region, reporting to the Regional Campaigns Manager, with potential regional travel. Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in grassroots campaigns or related fields.
• Track record of achieving campaign outcomes, local-level a plus.
• Strong project management and attention to detail.
• Experience with partner organizations and volunteers; build alliances.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across levels of expertise.
• Experience with digital campaigning tools and tactics.
• Willingness to think creatively and iterate in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead campaigns for local clean-energy projects and win siting approvals.
• Develop campaign plans with goals, strategies, and timelines.
• Track milestones and seize opportunities to advance campaigns.
• Support partner organizations and volunteer leaders with regular check-ins.
• Build relationships with environmental, labor, faith, and business groups.
• Oversee grant agreements and report campaign data.
• Manage campaign budgets with consultants.
• May take on campaigns outside the assigned region.
