Job summary

Greenlight America is seeking a Regional Campaign Manager to lead clean energy campaigns across an assigned region. This remote role collaborates with partner organizations, volunteers, and staff to build strategies, timelines, and deliverables that mobilize grassroots support for local projects.

You'll develop campaign plans, manage budgets and grants, and mentor volunteer leaders while reporting to the Regional Campaigns Director. Travel includes occasional site visits within the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in campaigns or advocacy.
• Local-level experience is a strong plus.
• Strong project management and attention to detail.
• Excellent communications skills across audiences.
• Experience with digital campaigning tools.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for accelerating the clean energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Lead campaigns for clean energy projects and ordinances in the assigned region.
• Develop campaign plans with goals, strategies, and timelines with partners.
• Track milestones and seize opportunities.
• Support partner organizations and volunteer leaders via training and advocacy materials.
• Build relationships with regional organizations across sectors.
• Oversee grant agreements and regular reporting of campaign data.
• Work with consultants and manage campaign budgets.
• May occasionally handle campaigns outside the assigned region.
