Job summary

Greenlight America is seeking a Regional Campaign Manager to lead clean energy campaigns across a designated region. You will develop strategic plans, support partner organizations, and cultivate volunteer leadership to mobilize grassroots support for local siting approvals.

This role emphasizes strategic planning, organizing, communications, lobbying, and coalition management with a flexible, learning mindset. Remote work within the region and occasional travel are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in campaigns, advocacy, or political work.
• Successful track record of achieving campaign outcomes, local-level preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communications; ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead campaigns for clean energy projects and ordinances in the assigned region.
• Develop campaign plans with goals, strategies, and timelines with partners.
• Support partner organizations and volunteers with regular check-ins, trainings, and advocacy materials.
• Build relationships with environmental, labor, faith, and business groups in the region.
• Oversee grant agreements with partners and report campaign data regularly.
• Manage campaign budgets with consultants and staff; adapt as needed.
• Occasionally take on campaigns outside the assigned region.
