Greenlight America is seeking a Regional Campaign Manager to lead campaigns for clean energy projects across an assigned region. You will develop campaign strategies, support partner organizations, cultivate volunteer leadership, and track deliverables to mobilize grassroots support.

This is a remote role in the assigned region with occasional travel. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in grassroots organizing or related fields, excellent communications skills, and a passion for accelerating the

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in grassroots campaigns, advocacy, or political campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Experience with digital campaigning tools and tactics.
• Ability to collaborate with partners and volunteers across diverse groups.
• Passion for accelerating the clean energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Lead campaigns for clean energy projects and local ordinances in the assigned region.
• Develop campaign plans with goals, strategies, and timelines with partners.
• Track milestones and seize opportunities to advance campaigns.
• Support partner organizations and volunteer leaders with training and advocacy materials.
• Build relationships with environmental, labor, faith, and business groups in the region.
• Oversee grant agreements, manage campaign budgets, and report on progress.
• May participate in campaigns outside the assigned region.
