Elevate is seeking a Regional Business Manager to lead revenue, market share, and profit growth for the East region of Elevate Commercial Roofing Systems, a division under Amrize. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, coordinating independent reps, and driving growth in New England and surrounding states while promoting EPDM, TPO, PVC, asphalt, metal roofing products and accessories.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 8 years of relevant sales experience preferably in the commercial roofing industry.
• At least 5 years management or leadership experience.
• A motivated self-starter.
