Job summary

Elevate, a division of Amrize, seeks a Regional Business Manager to lead the East region for Elevate Commercial Roofing Systems. Build and execute strategic plans with independent reps across New England and Maryland to expand market share and margins.

You will partner with senior sales leadership and cross-functional teams to forecast performance, train reps, and close large projects while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 8 years of relevant sales experience.
• At least 5 years of management or leadership experience.
• A motivated self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional business plans that drive share growth across target markets.
• Understand strategic direction and execute regional activities accordingly.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to grow revenue and margin.
• Forecast regional performance and provide insights on market trends.
• Mentor and manage sales Reps and Regional Area Managers to drive results.
